Hi nemu, re your question about EW - I always approach each chart with an open mind and look for all possible scenarios. In the even that a wave count fails, in theory I should already have the "alternate" scenario mapped out.

With KAR for example, there are a few potential wave counts of a similar vein which means that a break below $3.75 will not spell massive danger - it simply nullifies my previously espoused wave count.

Sometimes subsequent price action completes half-cooked EW patterns and the picture clarifies. However in some instances the patterns become too complex, in which case I just admit defeat, take my losses and move on.
