Cato et al there is no point of calculating asset values for kar. The market is showing us that it doesn't believe kar will be able to realise value to any great certainty.

I am extremely annoyed at the lack of progress on the deal front and the board must realise finding asset is half the job (they have done an excellent job on this) and the other half is to sell it or put it in production. They are found lacking here.

I am sure there would plenty of people interested in buying 30%-40% say 2tcf for 1.2b (25% discount in price and conservative tcf). That 1.2b will mean we become self sufficient and move to producing Santos and can chase pre salt. Just some early morning thoughts. And if they do want a foothold in browse then look at some other juniors in the area. All IMO.
