the waives I count was base on the volume, the first 6m+ started from 27th Feb ( report day )
the incoming SAMR approval, federal election, trade war agreement, the amount of shares shorts need recovery(5% may be fair for BAL) will be the booster with full of energy for the strongest 3rd waive
