In medium and long term perspective, BAL will receive SAMR approvals for sure, site visit most likely few weeks after federal election, hold tightly;
In the short term, any time SP down below $10 , accumulate without doubt.
Any sells below $11 at this stage are very risky, you may have chance to gain little but you won't have good sleep every day especially shorters
