sorry you jumped to a debt conclusion mate. i don't think they could do that either.

my understanding is that it's a joint venture private purchase of existing oil production. not exactly sure of the akk role but one would think from the bankers comments that akk is leading the money raising effort. they own the data on the field, or something to that effect. it must be good data if they already have half the money raised.
