I'm confident the signed contract with better terms for ADO, will come.
As a divorce lawyer once told me "the fairest settlement is when both parties are equally unhappy".
We've probably gone hard initially and have asked for a royalty type deal and Ellume have started with an inflation linked increase for volume type of deal. We just need to find everyone's unhappy place which IMO, will be a big increase in price per litre type of deal with bonuses should Ellume sell x number of tests, but only for 3 years.
