DT may have been 4th on their list, he may have been 1st?????
The peeps that try to look at all angles get shot out of the water.
The are to many gaps in communication that are filled with investors running on 10 years of hope.
So many dots and breadcrumbs have been tossed around here over 10 years it looks more like entropy than any plan coming together.
Smilez is correct on many levels, the main one being trust has to be earned.
We are not anywhere near that yet.
The respected ds sold many moons ago and I am sure he is not missing any of these shenanigans. Any that sold in the past have plenty of chance to renter once some $$$ making deals are actually done, without the opportunity cost of yrs gone by and associated risk of a spec minnow.
Still we all live on hope and breadcrumbs from others loaves.
