I think what you'll find going on here is, Surges suspects like many that are paying attention that massive news regarding Eugeni is about to drop and he believes a sprinkle of doubt on here will surpress the SP to get him a nice low entry on his new trade.
time will tell who is wrong and who is right... who posts what they actually believe is about to happen and who doesn't.
