Rapid test biz Hough snaps up collapsed Ellume
Brisbane-based Ellume, which collapsed owing about $140 million in August, has been snapped up by privately owned Hough Consolidated Pty Ltd, which owns Hough Rapid.
It is understood Ellume’s administrator signed the deal on Wednesday morning, and it remains subject to approval from the group’s creditors.
