I’m not going to harp on this subject as I have done enough before, but we are talking here about cents per test - what - like 1 cent for a test that costs $30. You could double it and add an additional cent to the cost.

At what point is our product worth the additional sensitivity it brings? 5 cents? Then that’s a 500% increase - yes it’s a lot in terms of % increase but it makes so little difference to the out-turn cost of the test - it’s ridiculous when you think in those terms.

We must look at the contribution out product makes to the product itself, otherwise we’re just dreaming…
