Then we have possibly been negligent to not make it clear to them that it is a loss leader and that we will be expecting compensation when they become successful. Part of their success is because we showed them how to use our product to beat the big boys. When you beat the big boys and you are a big boy we are wanting fair compensation.

If there aren’t clauses or MOU’s in the contract that stipulate we are selling to them as a loss leader but will expect fair compensation, then we have f**ked up, and not just a little bit, BIG TIME.

As I’ve said, if it’s not making us fair money, then pull it. And forget about the assay development side of the business, if we aren’t making decent money from the effort, forget about it. This has been all that’s wrong with ADO, poor strategy. We aren’t everyone’s research laboratory.
