The problem here is that ADO have a supply contract with Merck.
Imagine signing a contract with party A for bulk supply, then another with party B, where they get a cut of sales.
what makes you think that party A will offer more $ than party B, given that Party B has to take a cut of sales?
Any kind of a pricing disadvantage in contract terms would result in them gaining supply directly for party B. So less of a cut for ADO.
That's business.
