Comms released to convertible note holders
In preparation for a proposed initial public offering in calendar year 2022, the Company has been focused on the completion of its half year audit for the six months ended 31-Dec-21 for the purposes of the proposed prospectus.
The rest of the note update is about dates for this reporting etc, but the good thing to see here is the writing of the IPO timing in a broader context and the activities occurring to support the prospectus development.
