ellusive report dated 12 march

This is a company that looks very doubtful. They give a relatively positive trading update on 11 December after a capital raising without any indication of further refinancing needs. In their latest update on Friday they are now saying that refinance of debt with their bankers represents the successful completion of the first step in realigning our capital structure to better fit the requirements of the business. and "CMA is continuing to work with its advisors to restructure its international debt facilities". There was also no update when the company would come out of suspension. It will be very interesting to see there half yearly accounts when they are released - if they are reliable.

What could possibly have been so unforseen between December and now.

I hate companies like this with incompetent management. I think they are goners.
