Just that I have heard a fair few people from there talk in the same lingo.
As for bureaucratic, well that's debatable, I've seen worse.
I've never heard the term careerist before, interesting though, but I'll happily admit to being a careerist alongside investment activity, what the hell else am I supposed to do with my spare time? :)
