100mg/ml sounds like quite a high concentration (high specific gravity) for an injectable liquid, therefore low volume. Similar maybe to the Tetanus vaccine which i believe is also a high concentration. Not my area, perhaps PharmD could clarify?
It maskes sence then, if 200mg is the maximum dose per injection regardless of weight above 100kg, that it is packaged in the 2ml vials. As per the picture above. Thanks Mozz.
