I can't believe how much research you do. Having burnt my #^&%* in few stocks, I have finally learnt not to believe the announcements by companies.
Some of those companies know the art of misleading without getting caught. I have seen so many of them misleading whilst governing bodies doing not much about it. How can STB make statements and giving people false hope about resources, infrastructure and their future aspirations. ELM seems to be doing the opposite. ELM is as conservative as they can be. All promises are met and much much more. I read the ELM announcement today and first time I feel that ELM is promoting their activities. I feel much more confident about ELM and their reporting.

Once again, I take my hat of to you for doing A-Z research. Your project analysis skills are something that I admire.

Next few weeks could be quite interesting. I managed to purchase more around $1.745 - $1.75 today. We will laugh at these prices in some weeks to come.
