    I would say the CCP is the one subservient, as it is subservient to Xi Jinping given he got them to vote for him to be President for life .
    Maybe Musk like other intellectuals wants an excuse to leave China as well given what is happening there.
    Plenty more receptive countries for his ideas from Nam to Brazil .
