Never said it was not going to be a positive announcement, but if it was it would be a good idea for them to hold out until after the meeting.
We can never be certain but yes the trades we have witnessed over the passed couple of days does indicate something positive, most likely....
I personally never like to confirm something is 100% until i see it, that's all
