there will be a pump at sometime in weeks or months...this is required for the CR and to get higher VWAP they need to pump...that pump could be massive....which will help push the VWAP up...and then offer a discount on the VWAP of 13 or 25 days...to institutions... this is a trick being played by all the small specs...try to woo the poor and put the cash in the pockets of the rich... all IMO
