You are quite right in saying so SilentO. That is usually how thing go when companies are set up because of the time and efforts involved to get them started and with the initial capital outlays, and I can vouch for that.
The point is, that many here might not be aware of those situations occurring at all. Nor do I suggest in any ways or form that it is the same case for WM, because I have no clues at all if he has done that same thing, or not.
As for the last two paragraphs of your post, I do agree with you.
