Nicotine patches are designed to give a person a nicotine hit to reduce their reliance on smoking. It is delivered into the body and the place of entry isn't that important. It is an addiction treatment. Cosmetics, such as wrinkle cream, need to act directly on the affected part of the body. A patch is not suitable for these types of applications. POH already have this area covered with their TPM technology which can deliver in cream form.

I don't see patches as a significant delivery mechanism for cosmetics in general. There may be some specific applications that it might be useful for.
