I understand you mak, i don't think its just about a cream vs a patch as the patch produces better results than most creams do. A cream usually cannot stand up the the results of a patch delivering the cream into the living tissues of the skin. You used POH's anti cellulite cream as an example of how a cream can penetrate right into the skin but most simply cannot at this stage in time. Besides if Global companies know it will work who am i to complain
