Excellent post and as always I really appreciate the objectivity and definitely cant see how this would get moderated as we need an open discussion. I think states will disagree over things like this and as you said it is something to note down as a potential risk. There are alot of people that are very bullish (including both of us) but its really good to remain objective and have all the information. I keep referencing the senate enquiry into BNPL as I see parallels there, it all turned out just fine and I think the lesson from that is to be aware of risk and stay informed, but not to panic. Your posts are helping everyone do just that. This forum has a lot of great info for new holders and this is why i like HC.
