Sorry, been busy countering Russian bots.

So lets recap this.

EM1 had a verbal agreement to provide Miggster to Crowd1, which EM1 got cents on the dollar for each Crowd1 victim.
This agreement has now been terminated and replaced with a deal to "divest" Miggster, inventory, assets and staff to Nibiru, another Crowd1 shell company who will then provide the exact same service to Crowd1 that it has been providing. These staff will continue to support both MTN Arena and Miggster, so from an operational sense, nothing has changed.

All that has changed is that instead of getting paid per-user, they instead get paid somewhere between $1.75-$4.999 million to provide the same service for the next 12 months, followed by "buying back" Miggster for $1, where they can then make the exact same deal. They've just made the scam a little more complex by going through an additional shell company, disconnecting EM1 from the pyramid scheme by a factor of 1.

Still no word on the $10 million dollar liability with Crowd1. So.. losing 10 million to gain 5?

So... absolutely nothing has changed. Same-same.
