ahh.. re-reading the ASX info, and with the voucher redemption offer by Crowd1 to its members, i think future NET revenue (after costs etc etc) has become IMPOSSIBLE... when i was hoping it was getting clearer...
EM1 gets the proceeds of sale of vouchers remitted by Crowd1... but if the vouchers are "purchased" using crowd1 points..what does EM1 get?
nothing, as there has been no cash proceeds? or a stack full of crowd1 points, which it may or may not be able/allowed to use? or...?
