I just spoke to EM1 staff, they are preparing responses to ASX query, hopefully the will make announcements on Monday, if response is not ready by Monday, possibly another extension.
They said Crowd1 is only marketing their products that's it. like launching platform.
From conversations it sounds like ASX want to see paid subscription first.
They will continue announcing paid subscription as they go.
