My thoughts exactly.
Similar to FAR announcing they were selling their asset. No figure could be put on their financial so a disclaimer was put in placed.
FAR has been in suspension since that time. When the final value is clarified, investors can assess the true worth, and make a better judgement call on the SP. yada yada!
