You must not have delved much deeper into HC. it's common to see $1 party threads as a stock has dropped 75% since its last ATH 4 months ago (like this one) and it's apparently a cause for celebration from some as "a bargain for a stock that has the potential to be a 100 bagger".
Most penny stocks fade into obscurity, but according to the overall sentiment of people posting, retirement is coming early for most holders of those companies. And when it doesn't pan out it's easier to blame it on downrampers and bots than eat humble pie.
