Not a huge amount of dilution.
A shortage of cash has probably been a concern for many. Lackluster copper price hasn't helped. The lithium boom probably caused many to move their money elsewhere.
Progress on the ground has been slower than many expected. I get the impression that this project has been idling along in low gear waiting for the copper price to rise.
Hopefully the next 12 months will see a reversal of fortunes. Certainly plenty of potential gains from this level.
