The best way to sound not to so moronic is to give context to your experience, which would then give reason for your emotions and understanding from the reader.

I too have felt the same way as you about many stocks.

LKE, NVX, IXC, IIQ, RAC, KIN, AUT, ESE... some of these don't even exist anymore.

One man's trash is another man treasure, some people have 10 bagged and more off the above stocks, it all depends at what point you bought in, what the macro environment has taken favor to, what the overall market sentiment is.

Personally EM2 at one point had me up 7x however I fell into the trap it would continue to go in that direction and sold out at only 3.5x in the green.

I've bought back in at 10c, a price 50% cheaper than my original purchase years ago at 20c - with a confirmed MRE of $3B worth of copper in the ground the risk to reward is far too good.
