I wouldn't be surprised if the artificial intelligence is used to keep the share price at a certain price range. Too many small orders pop up too quickly for someone to enter manually. They wouldn't have used it if it didn't work. The small cap section of the market is rigged IMO where you don't need an extremely large amount of money to manipulate the price.
