    the only charlatans in my opinion are the obstructionista regulatory authorities that are causing our medical costs to unsustainably spiral out of control by their pedantic BS and foisting their own (overly-cautious-I-dont-want-to-preside-over-a-disaster) personal risk profiles onto all of us

    it would be better if it was like the old days... caveat emptor. Trust nothing. Besides there are plenty of regulatory failures , some of them from ongoing lack of quality monitoring (breast implants)

    sure do phase 1 trials, no problem there, I dont want to poison myself

    clearly we cant afford 500k per year treatment courses which is now where we are at with at least one drug I have heard of

    I think the first modern country that casts aside caution in this area is going to clean up

    just as the first ag. nation that allows full scale hemp growing with no regs
