I guess this is what Red is talking about.

I received an email from a bloke at salesadvisors.net as I had ordered a sample of unitract a while ago. He has emailed me saying that UNS has discontinued Unitract 1ml after a strategic review to focus on I guess more lucrative devices such as the bolus injectors.

I am now underwater on UNS but still believe Sanofi will sign a deal and that this is the calm before the storm. The money Sanofi has thrown at UNS is pocket change like many have said, I doubt whether they would scrap deals with UNS as Unilife's products are second to none IMO. I think with all these other devices UNS have produced, they have made themselves even more attractive to Sanofi and not a one trick pony.

Admittedly Sanofi have covered themselves by earning revenues on other deals UNS sign. But that to me means also that as they can wait to recoup their investment so I don't think they are going anywhere though when we sign the deal with them may be later than we expect?

I read something about an Australian firm signing a deal with Merck in regards to a patch they had developed? I believe there was a discussion on this a while ago and what I gathered was while the patches could deliver drugs, they could not do so as well as a needle.

I also cannot understand how the market has overlooked the generic supply deal. This does not seem to be a big pharma and yet they are willing to outlay minimums in the 10's of millions? This generic company must be fairly large, so going off this deal, the big pharma deals that UNS sign would IMO be larger but would obv depend on whether it was emerging or existing drugs.
