The Executive & Management & ALL at Cockatoo Coal should realize that they are very close to being on death row...and the listing now on the ASX is now just a sham that forces a bit of transparency for the surreal comfort of the minority shareholders under law.
They should ALL take large remuneration cuts if they want to be part of a possible turnaround....and commodity cycle upturn for coal. A Base Salary of 400K for the new CEO is way tooooooo much in these times.
They should rather be thinking of deferred benefits if they can achieve & deliver on there tight & comprehensive plans.
