The disclaimer on page 1 of their AGM presentation gives them very wide scope to change things with no obligation to update anyone!

Incidently, the internal legal review of documentation by the farminee (Feb 11 update)can only happen after the documentation has been prepared, so if the legal review is already very advanced already things can't be too far away. The documentation must have already been finalised, and signatures ready to go as soon as the minor legalities get fixed.
