I think it would alleviate concerns & satisfy investors if the company made a public announcement clarifying:

1. The reasons for Mr Eckhof’s sale of 15 million shares (on market)

2. The reason, including any commercial significance, of Mr Eckhof’s sale of 10 million shares (off-market)

If necessary, I think it is reasonable the company is placed into trading halt before this announcement is made.
