Good morning Mr. H-,

To the best of my knowledge, this report is required to be lodged today.

The company is aware of a large sale of shares that took place on the bell,
Friday. We have investigated the matter and determined a client of a broker
ordered the sale in order to raise funds to pay a debt that had to be paid
by the 31st.

While the company, if given notification of such sales and enough time to
act will always do what can be done to prevent such actions having a
negative effect on the business, we can not always influence or prevent
private shareholders from monetising their holding with us.
