It's been ages since I read up on bpg.

But I can only see one way out.
The business is sold (without the wine business).

Complete board change. Complete change of the registry.
I.e the new entity needs to hand over those 1 mil shares or so to the market.

I forget who was employed to build the exchange. But aren't they owed a heap?
Bpg would have to be handed over for next to nothing for anyone to buy it.

From recollection phua got his $300k loan paid back before Bpg got into big trouble.
Smart.

But I can't see the ASX letting this trade without funds and a completely new board.
Too many lifestyle companies on the ASX. It looks like this was another.
