US great, fully implantable coils no problem was better than I exspected; so I have been focusing on Europe, asked Dave as many nasty questions as I could think of, (worse than that well known tight... Pigs on my expense account)

Basic areas No enrolments Europe, Competition, German Reimbursement and 2 worsening HF.

If you've watched this company and Dave for long you know they build a base move an inch, then they halt take what they have learned and then rebuild the base better, then they move an inch, halt, take what they have learned and rebuild the base better again. Faith in product and crossing the T's.
Im satisfied that they are rebuilding the base phase in Europe and progress will be good. (And that they will halt and rebuild the base better as opportunity presents and/or requirements dictate)
Whole range of initiiatives and energy including among as a part of all of it , native language multi media.
Pretty obvious they have gone; great "walk ins" in the US plus 80% conversion at best sights, we're recreating this in Europe.
Extra sites, no drop off in commmitment.

Competition
We keep bring it up but he's hearing and seeing nothing around, not a hint of it in the medical professionals he's talking to.
I suppose the inference is that the possible challenges aren't doing well enough to excite the mainstream.

German Reimbursement
Specifically I was interested in Financial Data support from participating sites. Lot more of it this time round therefor a much stronger application. Strong enough?? impossible to know.

2 worsening HF
Funnily this is what I'm most interested in.
Clinically I think we are 80% non experimental if not more with this device. We've been implanting it long enough.
Any re-hospitalisations due to worsening HF in the first six months should be very rare.
Ross was one of the re-hospitalisations.
I think we are defining a boundary on who is too sick for the device, we should publish it in plain language and we should stick to it. (my opinion)
Backs off some of our bridge to transplant market.

Conclusion
I was a bit spooked by Europe but its so consistent with the good management and method this company is under, Im fully invested in this, got heaps; so I'll take some money out have a holiday and plan for a really big one in six months.
