The number of announcements is concerning. About 36 in total and 12 of them are substantive. They will probably lose cred fast if they go down that road.

You can assume atleast one will be termination of Bergen deal. Which hasn't officially been announced. Their will be a few based on a cap raising later in the year.

Hard to imagine what the others will be. Patents already in place, so not that. I'd be concerned that "Philips" is no longer the end game and they will now have a series of smaller deals. It's the only way I can see that number of announcements being true.
