Capital reconsolidations work as long as the company can perform and make money.ISN has not been able to do any of these thus far and i see a hard road ahead at these prices.
So a cap consolidation is necessary to be able to raise cash at a higher level.Of course shareholders will be diluted to the preverial but what other option is there besides being driven into the dirt.
