As I have said before, ISN falls into the speccy range of market. This is obvious from MC and SP. Those who want to find something wrong they can find plenty. Its a risk/reward thing to invest in such companies and mostly it is to an individual why they select one of the specs and not the other. Same negative comments can be applied to any share that falls in this category. Some do it for due diligence, others to have a life.
If Michael was not owning any shares, the argument would be he has no skin in the game. If he had less, than why he does not have more. Now that he is the 5th largest shareholder where all the shares have been bought instead of received as free shares, people still find that a negative thing. Its understandable.
Similarly announcements - if there are no announcements, then company does not communicate. if he had said 4, why only 4, if he has said around 12 (and I wouldn't be surprised if most company fall into this range), but why 12, this seems more. Some may find this less. Again its understable.
As I said, each to its own. There are hundered such shares in ASX, people can go on each of these and put comments that apply to a spec - the main thing they do not understand is that it is a spec stock and blue chip arguments cannot apply here.
