This is what I sent to where they supposedly respond to your questions not response at all.


The following confuses me.

“This letter is the first in a series of open communications to give you, the shareholders, factual evidence and data as to the true state of the company and its plans for the future so you can make an informed vote”.

The letter then proceeds without any factual evidence or data? Their are just statements about alignment and a focus on sales. No sales figures or evidence of a positive trajectory towards breakeven.

I would love to have continued to support the venture I was looking for any reason to do so. But that letter was a disgrace. If you don’t very quickly provide the “factual evidence and data” you refer to in the letter I will vote against you and advise all other holders to do the same.
