Whilst we are patiently awaiting the TOL decision (meaning since last Feb !!) the only glimmer we have is the minute amount of buying pressure in the closing minutes of the day. Otherwise ALL other signals tell us that no decision will be handed down today. Make no mistake....I'm hoping for a win big time now !! My optimism was kicked in the balls at around the 73.5c line !!! Still hold however, whatever the result.
