Here's how I see it: More delay = lower share price. Back to 70s.
If this Media Briefing does not confirm TOL issuance it's going to be bad. Even if they have lots of positive things to say about Lynas, it's still delay which won't be taken well by the market unfortunately.
If they were going to issue the TOL their email response would have taken on an entirely different tone and context. Something along the lines of 'we can't comment on this at present' instead of 'to provide information and further clarification'.
It's going to be another PR exercise, which isn't a bad thing - it's just not a Temp License.
