When the joint Managing Directors of a company state in an entitlement prospectus that they intend to fully take up their rights after earning more than $1m in salaries in the preceding 2 years and then renege - I'd call that pretty UNTRUSTWORTHY.

Whilst I am pleased that drilling is finally underway at one of PRW's projects, I note that it isn't them paying for it and they only hold 50% of what's there (or not there). I hope for shareholders that a big discovery is in the offing.
However based on PRW's previous performance I would read any announcement regarding "visual mineralisation" very carefully. And watch for the offload by AM...
