Noticed in there Athena under contract Cop senegal BV & Cop Angola till Q2/17.
Day rate that applies to the contract is USD $ 706,026.00
These rates represent the current operating rates applicable under each contract. Depending on the contract, these rates may be escalated.
I don't know what the standby rate would be.
So maybe Cairns putting out to other rig companies to put pressure on Cop to subsidize day rate.? for next Drilling campaign.
And looks like WPL would be saddled with half of Athena till Q2/17 if buying Cop Senegal BV.
