Defiantly possible Swandc, but under USA law thats a big no no. Yes, I know its not under USA law , but a listed company cant do that stuff.
Why did CNE not react , its a mid cap stock, the sale price to WPL affects it SP also. Something to not adding up and Cath said that in the post that was posted today. However , she has got it wrong a few times too , so its anyone guess. Its crunch time for FAR and I'm praying they got it right and will make us all richer. But look at both sides of the fence.
