"It's baffling to us why they would care where their 430 mill comes from"!!
Seems there has been a significant back room deal. at least we now know the wpl offer was low for a reason and isn't just due to FAIR VALUATION at 2.20/barrel. Some other asset was also transferred therefore COP won't let FAR PREEMPT at the same price as WPL.
